was formed after Andrew Simpson left employment as a Managing Director of a medium sized commercial building firm to start his own business and pursue his interest in the residential building market.

It is now a family based business operated by Andrew and his two sons.

All are qualified carpenters. Andrew holds a builder's licence and has worked in the industry for over 28 years.

A.S. & K.B. Constructions specialise in the construction of Architecturally Designed Homes, Renovations, Additions and Restorations.

We work directly with the owner's architects & designers to develop initial ideas into building reality. By liaising directly with all parties involved, we strive to evolve design concepts & produce a completed job that not only achieves the intended aesthetic results, but which are economically practical.

We have project managers for each job & dedicated office staff that have vast experience in estimating, computer operating, and accounting & office management to back up our field staff.

This gives clients the best of building, office management as well as practical, technical on site support and experience.

We strive to continually improve our service through using new products and management systems; we strive to create an enjoyable working environment between client and builders.
